Seven lodges on one private site, plus cottages a few minutes away — Ashby Farms can accommodate large groups without splitting them across different locations. Whether it's a family reunion, a work away day, a fishing trip with friends, or a celebration that needs more than one house, we can put the whole group together.
Groups of 10–42 are welcome, subject to availability.

90 minutes from central London via the M20. Ample parking on site — no need to worry about car logistics for a larger group.
How it works
Each Fisherman's Lodge sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms (one double mezzanine, two twin rooms) with a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, and outside decking area. For groups larger than one lodge let us know when you enquire and we'll do our best to place you together.
For very large groups, nearby Roughlands bungalow (sleeps 5, large garden) can be added to the booking. Spring Cottages (3 cottages, each sleeps 5) are also a short drive away.

What groups do at Ashby Farms
Fishing groups
The lakes are exclusively for Ashby Farms guests so if you book all of the lodges you will have them for yourself. Carp to 36lb, roach, tench, bream and more. Night fishing available for lodge guests.
Corporate and team away days
Private, no distractions, good food possible to self-cater, space to debrief or run sessions. The grounds are available for outdoor activities for a change from the office. WiFi available.
Celebrations
Family reunions, milestone birthdays, hen or stag weekends, accommodation for wedding guests, school trips. The lodges allow groups have their own space while staying close together.
