What sets this one apart from our other properties is the location: you're in the village, with everything on your doorstep. No car needed for a pint or a pint of milk. The countryside and coast are all still very close — it's just a different pace of base.

There is off-street parking at the front of the property.
Appledore has a train station which is a little away from the village centre with trains towards Ashford and Brighton. Ashford International offers services to London in 40 minutes.
Bus services are available to Ashford and Tenterden.

Heating
The property has metered electric heating which must be paid for with £1 or £2 coins. It also has a woodburner which can be used for additional heat.
