We offer longer lets of up to 5 months in our fully-furnished holiday cottages. Month-to-month rentals are available (capacity permitting) so you can be flexible if your circumstances change. Our properties have everything you need to allow you to feel at home. As well as being fully furnished they have fully equipped kitchens with pots. pans and crockery, taking the hassle out of a medium-term stay. Handy if you are relocating or all your things are packed up in storage. You can also bring your own furniture with you space permitting.
All our properties are pet-friendly so you there is no need to put your beloved animals in kennels.
Our properties are well located for people who need to commute or travel home on weekends in between working away. The nearest town is Ashford which is approximately a 20 minute drive away. From there you can get the high-speed train up to London in just 40 minutes. There are also train connections from the nearby villages of Hamstreet or Appledore (approximately 5-10 minutes drive away) which go to Ashford/London or Hastings.

These former farm workers’ cottages in the small village of Kenardington offer lots of space with 3 bedrooms and a taste of country life as the gardens back on to our pastures. Suitable for families or couples wanting more space. Each cottage has one double bedroom, one twin and a single, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room. The living room has a wood fire, perfect for keeping cosy on colder evenings.
This flat within a Grade II listed building gives you a chance to see authentic farm life as it is situated on a working farm among fields on the Romney Marsh. The property has recently been refurbished and offers a great spot for a couple or solo traveller. It has one double bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room. The living room has a wood fire, perfect for keeping cosy on colder evenings.
